36C/97F and thunderstorms tomorrow. Awesome.

A good storyteller knows that seemlessly mixing the truth with fiction helps to engage the audience and adds credibility to a story. Suddenly, it doesn't seem like fiction anymore and the audience starts to wonder how much of it is real, often fantastically.

The film uses this technique to great effect.

Watching that footage never fails to make me sick to my stomach.

I hope this answers your questions:
"I am aware that some question or justify the events of 9/11. But let us be clear: al-Qaeda killed nearly 3,000 people on that day."

Who knows?

Video can be edited in such a way as to seem like two completely different things.

For movies this is obvious, but for you reality fans, don't always believe that the interactions/reactions they show always follow a normal timeline.

There's plenty of websites devoted to this, just search for it.

this is what i know, at least what i heard...

the atack was provoked by USA ( their president, bush) he and all they "people" undertook to make it loo like an accident, reasons???
bcuz USA is one of the countrys who more waste oil, so their oil is almost empty and they have support just for ...like 8 years more and iraq is the country with more oil on the world, so bush was just trying to create an excuse to ...WAR and get all the oil, money power etc,etc,etc...

thats what i heard

I wouldn't say we 'waste' more oil than other countries....we may/probably yews more.

I would really hope that dudes would put all that effort into finding alternate resources instead of killing thousands of people and starting a war....

BTW, Spain (as most of Europe) has almost no oil reservoirs in relation to the rest of the world.

The image below shows oil reservoirs for the world....darker means more oil.

Image

Below is a chart of NON-PRODUCING consuming countries:
(These countries yews a lot of oil without producing ANY.)

#↓ Consuming Nation↓ (bbl/day)↓ (m³/day)↓

1 Japan 5,578,000 886,831
2 Germany 2,677,000 425,609
3 South Korea 2,061,000 327,673
4 France 2,060,000 327,514
5 Italy 1,874,000 297,942
6 Spain 1,537,000 244,363
7 Netherlands 946,700 150,513
8 Turkey 575,011 91,663

Historically, we've been right up there with the top oil-producing countries...

Image

We produce about half and import about half of what we yews.

I would guess that our dudes are at least smart enough to not tap out our reserves as long as other places are willing to sell us theirs. One day, that may mean that we would have the bulk of the world's oil supply.

The table below orders the amount of petroleum consumed in 2008 in thousand barrels (bbl) per day and in thousand cubic metres (m3) per day and yearly barrels per capita(for each):

I ordered them by per capita.

(You'll notice that there are two countries who yews more petrol/person than the US does.)

Consuming Nation 2008↓ (1000 bbl/day)↓ (1000 m3/day)↓ population in millions↓ bbl/year/capita↓

Saudi Arabia (OPEC) 2,376.00 377.8 25 33.7
Canada 2,261.36 359.5 33 24.6
United States 19,497.95 3,099.9 314 22.6
South Korea 2,174.91 345.8 48 16.4
Japan 4,784.85 760.7 127 13.7
France 1,986.26 315.8 62 11.6
Germany 2,569.28 408.5 82 11.4
United Kingdom 1,709.66 271.8 61 10.1
Italy 1,639.01 260.6 60 10
Iran (OPEC) 1,741.00 276.8 74 8.6
Russia 2,916.00 463.6 140 7.6
Mexico 2,128.46 338.4 109 7.1
Brazil 2,485.00 395.1 193 4.7
China 7,831.00 1,245.0 1345 2.1
India 2,962.00 470.9 1198 0.9

This all comes from wikipedia, btw:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petroleum

Besides...Iraq doesn't have that much of the world's oil. If we really wanted to grab a ton of oil, we'd still be at war with Russia....or maybe pay a little visit to our Canadian neighbors...lol

Don't believe everything you hear.
