Logos of doom

Don't know why I've never asked in all me years, but is there a way to make jka go straight to the menu instead of those dumb videos? (the logos). I'd like it to load a couple seconds quicker because I sad like that.

You can probably remove the video files from your game so they don't come up.. I know you can do that for other games. Or just launch a server via xfire.

I yews shortcuts for each server I wish to go to.

Find the jamp.exe in your gamedata folder and right-click....send to desktop (create shortcut).

Right-click this new shortcut... rename the shortcut to 'Impulse.'

Right-click again....Properties....In the TARGET BOX:

"c:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars reborn boss Knight reborn boss Academy\GameData\jamp.exe" +exec autoexec.cfg +connect 108.178.55.35:29070

The target location should already be there...just add the +connect <IP:port>

As you can see, you can also exec any cfg you want as well.

Just be sure that you add all this stuff AFTER the end quotes.

You can just repeat the process for Tempest or any other server you want.

I think this will just take you straight to the server....it does for me. I don't remember disabling the videos.

Since you're an xfire user anyway, just favorite the servers and join through the xfire windows. Bypasses everything and jumps straight to connecting to a server.
