I was playing a couple of weeks ago and a guy changed his. And to " Paradox = useless asshole". But that's the worst tempest abuse I've ever faced. If you search Paradox on the tempest leaderboards, two names will come up mine and his. I didn't mind it though and I just ignored him and won on a 3v1 korri.

i'm pretty sure KA's have the amsilence cmd. Its prolly better to try shut them up with it first before kicking them from the server if they continue the verbal abuse upon map restarts or recons.
