Going through the motions of it helps if you keep at it for a long enough time.
fuark i wouldnt mind a bit of swordplay. As long as the blade is blunt, ofc
Yeah, usually work with blunted weapons when people'll agree to it. Usually they pussy out for wood.

I've never weapon sparred before but I have heard good things about it in most circles. I myself keep mostly to contemporary strength training, and occasionally kettle bell training.

I run a bit (actually I'll compete in a half-marathon this Sunday), and I just recently started going to the gym as well. Nothing serious though.

It's quite fun, and can get pretty intense. I do it more for the enjoyment than the actual exercise, though.

I find that running is a great way of exercising if you can find the time for it and be motivated to do it. I run maybe only 3 times a week, but get around 24 km done. I also play rep soccer twice a week with a game on Saturdays, and in the summer I bike to the gym wih my cousin because all the snow is gone.

16.0 I think. I'll probably have a much better score by the end of High School though.

If you're talking fencing, no. I prefer weapons with a bit more weight to them.
