Guys, it has come to my attention as well that there is another server up with the name Impulse. To my rcon users, do not attempt to login there, there is a way to log attempted logins and extract the password to the real impulse.
I would also be weary of using that server in general, clearly someone wants to mislead people, and who knows what the intention is.
The real IP of the new Impulse and Tempest are on the home page.
