Hey Guys,

Since there has been a lot of confusion from many people over how recruiting goes, I might as well clear this up.

I make the final recruiting decisions

This is not to say that it is a dictatorship. I have and always will be open to being overrided with a vote of the community for any decision made, recruiting or otherwise.

There is indeed another forum I made for the active players of the siege servers after having a talk with Magyk. This is because I realized that there might be a difference in opinions and thought process between active members of the community vs active players of the servers, a subset of the community. With the separate forum I can quickly collect focused information from each party as necessary. They do not make final decisions nor have any more say than the rest of the community.

Tensor and I made reviving siege to aggregate all of siege's resources together and create a united front in keeping our favorite gametype alive. This ranges from our creative resources like J3rk or Magyk, to our raw skill resources like Chew or Tensor, to our dedicated participants like Ramshi or Xeon. To this end I seek to allow everyone into our community so we can grow out as much as possible as I think everyone has the potential to find a place in this community.

That being said, there is one valid point to take away from what Magyk has been saying, and I don't think Magyk did the best job of communicating his concern to you, so allow me to reword and summarize for you guys (no offense Magyk). Since our goal is to attract more people to the community, we need to think about who is representing the community in our pub server, because that is what will make people inclined to come to the website and come to pug. Correct me if I am wrong, but all he asks is to consider that when evaluating applicants. We don't want to blindly accept one applicant if he might drive off 5 more future applicants telling everyone to "get on their knees" while playing the server.

Anyways, I hope that cleared things up. Whenever a new application is made, I would like you guys to keep posting information on whether or not you feel an applicant should be allowed in, and I assure you that everything said will be considered when I make the final decision.

Dunno how applicants could possibly be judged if they have a single post on the forums, and 30 hours logged on the servers unless you're on the servers talking to the applicant yourself.

As long as the concerns of the active players are heard, this totally works for me. Hopefully it can be put in the past now.

Plenty of dudes here have aliased as some other dude even when they've probably...and most likely played way more and BETTER than most of the other dudes here...

Denying them acceptance to these boards is only fucking this community more.

Not trying to start any drama here, but if Mag is the person appointed to figure this out, then this community is seriously screwed.

I wasn't appointed to figure anything out. I was asked to send Guardian a list of people who I thought were active, which I then had cross-checked by Jerk, Mike, Ramshi, Xeon, and Ceasar. I did not compile the list alone, and I thought it was cross-checked by both level headed and very active individuals.

Don't worry, in the end judgment is left to me, or to the community as a whole in the event you feel I am unfit to judge. Magyk's say is as equal as anyone else's.

To be honest, I don't foresee a change in the acceptance rate of applications, we have only denied Flyer and Matt. And sometimes I cry myself to sleep at night full of regret over rejecting Matt anyways.

well obviously all this drama started when magyk denied noah and tensor said yes to noah so all the "who take the decision" thing started... then anima´s app and tensor said yes just to piss off magyk after a long fight and magyk show up to say no to anima.. and that's all.

after that all this turned into something just personal .. u guys are not thinking on the comunity at all u are just trying to defedn urself about everthing adn feeling attacked about everything

tensor is just messing with u magyk about all the im a god i created this clan and everthing i tihnk is funn i just like to laff when he says some stuffs, still annoying sometimes but i think he was just kidding at beginning and u took it to personal adn start defending urself anyway i know tensor haven't helped this comunity and just come to say i'm a god and mess with people but who the fk cares he did created the clan but that was way back adn he was more active than now at the game and i tihnk start fighting for who is more important is jusr retarder. well so u mayk felt offended by tensor so u tried to defend urself then tensor did the same thing and start defending himself just to prove "he's the boss" and everyone else just trying to pick up reasons to attack someone...

still i think we shouldn't denied noah anima and everyone else since reviving siege is supossed to recive everyone and i dont know just have funn and play.noah did played siege.. and if we haven 't seen anima ingame.. when that's has been important? we all know this game is dead as shit adn denieing someone to prevent him to play with us (since we are the only comunity) will kill siege even more.. what if he plays ctf or ffa or lugormod also and he yews rS tags ..so people will know siege more and the comunity , i do when i play ffa or ctf or someother jka shit and i always say to people what means so they feel more interested into play.
