I've got 90 bucks to spend on a new one (Including shipping). I don't really have any preferance of ATI vs NVidia. However, in the event that two are exactly the same, I've had 2 NVidia cards die, and 0 ATI cards die, so I'd opt towards ATI. But if there's a noticible difference in NVidia's favor, I'll be glad to chalk up another NVidia card exploding on me as long as it's not for another two or three years.
By the way, FUCK YOU NVIDIA. At least this card lasted like 2 years instead of 2 months like my 5 series.

depends greatly on which card models you yews from each brand. Also depends on which individual vendor it was made by (ie visiontek, bfg, xfx)

Went with a 4850 from Sapphire instead.
I'm done with NVidia. Never, ever, EVER again.

Yeah well they're batting 0/2 for me. I'm not usually one to give second chances, so third is just out of the question.
