still,didn't help.

So, he installed the latest drivers for his video card?

latest drivers including up-to-date CCC(Catalyst Control Center)
fixed it
I still get some wrong memory message from time to time when I try to start jka,but generally,its working

Figured out even the memory error.
It SEEMS the game is refusing to run if BFUU is open before the game.That's why I put a shortcut to bfuu so when I get inside the game,before I connect anywhere,I launch it.Just a little feedback,for any future problems people might run into. :D :D :) ;)

BFUU=Bobba Fett's Ultra Utility
in other words,one of the two most popular kt's(other is JAM's)

Just out of curiosity, what are the advantages of UU over Jam's? I haven't seriously used a KT in years but I always used Jam's.

Or just go to another point of time, i think there is something like a system restore point?
Remember yourself when the game worked at the last time.
Click Start.
Point to All Programs.
Point to Accessories.
Point to System Tools.
Click System Restore.
Follow the instructions on the wizard.
It worked with my GTA 4 actually.
