We don't pick you because you fail really hard dude. It can be really annoying to have you (and others) on our team screwing up if we could just as easily play 4s with only decent players and not get overly frustrated. Btw speccing does improve your skill. Watch people play and take rax jorises on impulse, and try out the stuff you learn on Tempest. Or just ask one of your clanmates for a private siege lesson, it will help you.

I think the reason most people don't get better is because they don't *try* to get better, they just go on playing at the same level they have always been at. Years ago when I played pubs, whenever a pro came on to the server I would spec them until they left. And I would take rax jorises and watch them again later to see what they were doing.

And if you get on Vent we can yell at you and tell you what you're doing wrong. But bottom line, don't bitch about being bad and people not wanting you on their team. Take steps to improve or gtfo.

Actually, you had your chance yesterday when you captained, but you dicked around until the 'usual suspects' showed up....if you'd picked teams and got on with it, they would have had to wait it out in spec.
